Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has teased a ‘big announcement’ will be made later today.
Pogba, 25, put in a stunning performance in Man United’s first match since Jose Mourinho was sacked, with two assists recorded in the 5-1 defeat of Cardiff.
He came to life under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, proving he remains an unquestionably talented footballer who excels when let off his leash.
And Pogba, who was reportedly ready to leave Old Trafford if Mourinho remained in his position as manager, has revealed there will be an announcement made sometime on Sunday.

The ‘now caption this’ part of Pogba’s post is a reference to a post sent out on his social media channels less than an hour after Mourinho’s dismissal was confirmed on Tuesday.
Pogba was widely criticised for the post, with Man United legend Gary Neville telling him to ‘do one as well!’.

In the comments of Pogba’s latest post, some fans believe the midfielder will either be named Man United’s captain, or will be restored to the position of vice-captain, after being stripped of the responsibility by Mourinho earlier this year.
Antonio Valencia currently wears the armband, but he has not made a Premier League appearance since September 22, and was dropped from the matchday squad entirely for Solskjaer’s managerial debut.
