PFN disowns pastor who allegedly killed pregnant girlfriend, others

The Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, PFN, has disowned Pastor Chidiebere Okoroafor, saying that he is not a member of the organization in Nigeria. Pastor Chidiebere Okoroafor of the Alter of Solution Church in Oyigbo was alleged to have killed three persons, including a nine-month-old baby.  Speaking in a phone interview on Thursday, the National Publicity Secretary of PFN, Bishop (Dr) Emma Gospel Isong condemned the action of the pastor.

He said God in his infinite mercy answered the prayers of churches and pastors to expose the fake ones among them. “I am in Port Harcourt, I have pastor there, I came there for a program, I have gotten enough information on the issue. “In my capacity as the National Publicity Secretary of Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN), I can tell you authoritatively that this is a case of God exposing fake pastors amongst us. Our prayers have always been. God exposed these fake pastors amongst us and what happened in Port Harcourt is God’s answer to our prayers.”

He further said, “It is not indictment on churches, we are happy and excited about what has happened because we have wolf in sheep cloth. In PFN, this man is not our member, we have fake men of God, they are not genuine and are not Christians. “The incidence was answer to our prayers to God, we have been asking God to expose those who are not real men of God and what happen was in answer to our prayers. These people leave nefarious and criminal live. Churches in Port Harcourt jubilated over this incidence and we pray that God should reveal the remaining fake pastors in the Land.

“This is victory to God and Churches as our prayers have been answered. They are people that don’t have anything to do in the vineyard of God, a real pastor cannot do what this man has done, he impregnated a woman, killed the woman and the baby she was carrying in her stomach, killed another girl who happened to be a witness and another girl, he killed four in all.” The National Publicity Secretary of PFN said that the organization has internal machinery to discipline any erring pastor among them, “but most of these fake pastors are not our members and they don’t want to be our members because we will expose them” he stated.
