Is ” Solo: A Star Wars Story ” heading back for more reshoots this month? Just four months ahead of the film’s May release, director Ron Howard reportedly has scheduled more reshoots for the Han Solo stand-alone film for a few weeks beginning at the end of January until at least February. The report was first broken by a Reddit user going by the name Hufflepuffins, who previously revealed the film would resume filming in July 2017 following the director shakeup. As reported before, Howard stepped in as director after Lucasfilm fired original helmers Phil Lord and Chris Miller just four months into filming.
“Solo” is also no stranger to the concept of additional photography. Last June, after Howard came on board, he reportedly reshot roughly 89 percent of the film once the studio became impressed with his approach. Production finally wrapped in October, with the helmer revealing via Twitter the official title of the solo flick.
