Arsenal are eyeing up a summer swoop for Benfica winger Andrija Zivkovic. The Gunners have been scouting the Serbian for a number of months after being alerted to his talent. Scouts from Arsenal have since been urging the club to make a move for the 21-year-old, who has been watched by Manchester United in the past too.
And, according to A Bola, Arsenal are now ready to make a bid for Zivkovic when the transfer window opens again. Scouts from the Premier League club were said to be watching the midfielder once more at the weekend as Benfica beat Maritimo 5-0 on Saturday. And Arsenal will have been impressed by what they saw from Zivkovic as he once again got on the scoresheet. The Serbia international has three goals and five assists for Benfica this season.
