Travis Scott pledges to refund all tickets for tragic Astroworld concert

A still distraught Travis Scott said he will issue full refunds to everyone who bought tickets to his deadly Astroworld concert.

He also cancelled his appearance at the Day N Vegas festival in Las Vegas this weekend, according to a report today by Variety.

Variety reported that the rapper is “too distraught to play” at the Vegas Festival, which was scheduled for Saturday.

This was after eight concertgoers died amid a crush at his 50,000-strong event in Houston, Texas on Friday.

Scott had been scheduled to perform on the main stage from 10:45 to 11:45 p.m. on Saturday, following sets by Lil Baby and Doja Cat, according to Variety.

Rapper Roddy Ricch — who performed at Astroworld before Scott took the stage — has a main stage slot at Day N Vegas on Friday, the outlet said.

He announced that he will donate his earnings from the Houston show to the victims’ families.
